Breathwork, coaching, and hypnosis are collaborative processes between the client and facilitator to create change and transformation in both the conscious and subconscious mind. I am a Certified Clinical and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator and Coach. I am not a Licensed Medical Doctor or Mental Health Professional. All services are non-therapeutic and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment of any condition or to replace professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.
